• Minimum 2 people occupancy.
• Minimum 3 night charters – empty nights on shorter charters are charged at USD 1700 per night. 
• All charters to run within specified boarding and disembarking times specified above.
• Children from 6 and over are welcomed.
• The activities or items that are included in the rates sheet; any activities or items that are specifically excluded, or those that are not specifically included in the rates sheet are deemed to be excluded from the booking.
• The cost of the booking shall be the cost quoted on the pro forma invoice; however, MV-Matusadona reserves the right to alter the cost of the trip in the event of unforeseen fluctuations in currency, fuel, or the price of the suppliers.
• The Customer is required to make a part-payment of 25% of the quoted travel package in order to confirm a booking. The balance of the cost of the travel package is due 60 days before the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance timeously could result in the Customer losing their booking. 
• Any cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:
  Any cancellation made between Confirmation and 90 days before arrival will incur a USD100.00 admin fee.
  Cancellation 90 – 31 Days before arrival: 25% of total
  Cancellation 30 – 0 Days before arrival: 100% of total 
• MV-Matusadona is entitled to charge a 5% commission fee on all credit card transactions and any bank charges incurred in respect of payments made by the Customer shall be for the Customer’s account. 
• It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all passports, VISA’s, applicable birth certificates or affidavits and medical requirements are in order prior to the arrival date. 
• MV-Matusadona does not provide travel insurance policies and accordingly, MV-Matusadona insists that the Customer subscribes to appropriate travel insurance prior to the arrival date. 
• Any activity engaged in by the Customer while on the journey, whether included or excluded in the itinerary, is entirely at the Customer’s own risk. 
• Where the contracting party enters into this agreement on behalf of others in the Travel Group, including minor children he/she hereby warrants his/her authority to conclude this agreement on behalf of the others and/or minor children. 
• The Customer hereby indemnifies and holds MV-Matusadona harmless against any claim for any loss of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, and not limited to death, injury, illness or other related medical costs that may be suffered or incurred by the Customer; nor is MV-Matusadona liable for any theft, loss or damage to property, any delay, or any claim whatsoever arising from any incident while on the trip, through or with MV-Matusadona, or through the use of MV-Matusadona suppliers, the supplier’s representative’s, transport, accommodation, sightseeing, or any other activity whatsoever. 
• The Customer hereby acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this booking when payment of the part-payment is made. 
• This constitutes the sole record of the agreement concluded between the parties and no representations, warranties or statements made by us or our behalf not recorded herein shall form part of this agreement.
